How does the software work?

Upon completing the one-time or recurring payment, you’ll receive immediate access to a Discord link where you can download the software. Our Discord community offers tutorial videos, pre-configured plug & play settings, and a chat section for community support. If needed, our dedicated support team is available through direct messages to assist with setup difficulties.

Is it compatible with Mac and Windows?

Yes, it works on both platforms. While MT4 & MT5 primarily runs on Windows, we provide
instructions for running it on a VPS, enabling access directly from your Mac. After the initial
setup, you can also manage it from your iPhone or Android device.

How many accounts can I run the software on?

You can use the software on an unlimited number of accounts. But there is a limit of 10 accounts at any one time.

What type of file does it use, and which program does it run on?

You’ll receive an EX4 or EX5 file that runs on MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5). We provide both versions.

Can the software be shared?

Sharing the software is strictly prohibited under our Terms & Conditions. Each user account will be registered to one email address. Sharing the software results in an immediate ban, with IP addresses tracked.

What happens if I lose internet connection or my PC turns off?

With a VPS setup, the algorithm continues operating independently of internet connection or PC status, ensuring uninterrupted functionality.

Is trading experience required to use the software?

While trading experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We provide detailed instructions, tutorial videos, and a support team within the Discord community.

Do you offer trading services?

No, BX2CAP does not provide trading services, account management, trading advice, or financial advice. Users retain full control of their funds and trading accounts.

Are the EA settings customizable?

Yes, users can adjust EA functions to manage risk levels. We emphasise safe risk management, but users have the option to increase risk if desired.

Can the EA be used on prop firms like FTMO?

Yes, our EA is accepted by various prop firms such as FTMO. The Discord community includes a dedicated channel discussing prop firms compatible with the EA.

How do you accept payment?

How is risk managed?

Risk is managed by implementing mechanisms to protect capital during volatile periods, such as geopolitical tensions or unexpected changes in monetary policies. One key feature is the equity protection tool, which allows users to set a limit where all trades are closed if they reach a certain percentage of the account balance. This feature lets users customize their risk management based on their preferences.

What kind of support do you offer?

Upon payment, you’ll receive a Discord invite to join our server, where you can access video tutorials, text walkthroughs, community support from users, and assistance from the software creator. A dedicated support team is also available to answer any inquiries at all times.

What is the minimum account balance or investment?

Users are not limited to account sizes since we have options such as cent accounts which can be used. Forex cent accounts are retail foreign exchange trading accounts that use cents instead of US dollars to measure balance. They are designed to be low-risk and accessible for new traders, allowing them to trade in smaller lots with smaller deposits. For example, if a trader deposits $10 into a cent account, the trading platform will show it as 1,000, meaning the trader will be trading with 1,000 cents. Profits and losses are also displayed in cents. But ideally, the minimum investment when not using a cent account is $5,000.
